Total Headcount Enrollment

Total headcount enrollment for the University by education level available as a snapshot of the term (pie chart), and available as a trend for all students, degree- and certificate-seeking students only, and degree-seeking students only.


Enrollment Diversity

Headcount enrollment diversity by education level for individual terms. The available diversity filters are:

    • race/ethnicity (there are three different methods for defining race/ethnicity — be sure to read the definitions)
    • residency,
    • full-/part-time status,
    • gender,
  • citizenship,
  • financial need,
  • Pell grant recipient, and
  • first-generation status

Undergraduate Majors

Term comparisons offer the top 10 undergraduate majors for the last 10 years with the student counts enrolled for each major. The available filters allow for inspection by term type (fall, spring, summer) and major status (declared, intended, or both).


Historical Enrollment

Historical headcount enrollments at the undergraduate, graduate, and professional levels and growth percentages reported annually for the last 25 years, with data available from 1986 onward.


Enrollment by Residency

Student enrollment by residence is a customizable report allowing for refinement by Counting Method (Unduplicated or Duplicated), Counting Type (Headcount or Full-time Equivalent), Semester (Fall or Spring), Year (all or individual years going back to 2001), and Academic Unit (University, School, Division, Department, or Major).

Student enrollment by education level is a customizable report allowing for refinement by Year (all or individual years going back to 2001) and Academic Unit (University, School, Division, Department, or Major).


Headcount Enrollment by School, Education Level, and Residency

Headcount enrollment by school, education level, and residency with information on students’ on- or off-campus location and degree-seeking status.


FTE Enrollment by School, Education Level, and Residency

Full-time equivalent (FTE) enrollment by school, education level, and residency with information on students’ on- or off-campus location and degree-seeking status.


Retention and Graduation
Retention and Graduation reports provide information regarding undergraduate first-year and transfer cohort retention and graduation. This area also includes information about degrees awarded.

Undergrad Retention and Graduation

Undergraduate Retention and Graduation Rates by cohort, beginning with the 2001 cohort. This report is customizable allowing for inspection of retention and graduation rates for first-year full-time undergraduate students or new full-time undergraduate transfer students. The report can be further refined to group and filter students by gender, IPEDS race/ethnicity categories, citizenship, residency, first generation, financial need, and Pell grant status.


Six-Year Graduation Rate

Graphic and tabular summaries by undergraduate cohort, beginning with the 2001 cohort, showing the number and percentages of students who graduated within six years, and of those students who did not graduate within six years, how many are and are not academically eligible to return.
