The Graduating Senior Survey was administered during the Spring of 1998 to all May graduates. The survey has been administered since 1998 by the UNC Office of the President on a biennial basis to students enrolled in all 16 campuses in the system as part of state-wide assessment activities. During this 2000 administration 2,562 UNC-Chapel Hill students were administered the survey and 1,629 responded for a response rate of 63.6%.

The “Do Not Know” responses are excluded for all mean and “Excellent/Good” calculations.
